Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Business Process Specialist to support the Regional Operations Team in daily workflows, procedures, and vendor coordination. The role involves training, onboarding, monitoring, and reporting, with emphasis on continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Property & Casualty insurance, a P&C license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days, and strong knowledge of agency operations and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty required.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Advanced knowledge of the agency operational procedures and the agency management system required.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Team in keeping things running smoothly, including helping with operational initiatives, maintaining procedures, coordinating with vendors/outsourcing, and assisting with training, onboarding, monitoring and reporting.
• Communicate workflows, track compliance through metrics and Smartsheet, and assist with special projects tied to training, system functionality, and strategic operations.
