Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Process Specialist to support the Operations team with process improvement, documentation, and training. The role focuses on Property & Casualty insurance operations within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

The successful candidate will bring P&C experience, agency procedures knowledge, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with a view to contributing to vendor coordination and data-driven initiatives. Hybrid work is available in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of Property & Casualty insurance agency/brokerage experience.
• P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Advanced knowledge of agency operational procedures and agency management systems.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Team in keeping things running smoothly and lead operational initiatives.
• Maintain procedures, training, onboarding, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and outsourcing partners; manage Smartsheet updates.
• Gather research and data for projects; assist with special projects tied to system functionality and training.
