Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Process Specialist to support the Regional Operations Team with initiatives, procedures, training, and reporting. You will work on vendor coordination, Smartsheet updates, and projects tied to operations and system functionality.

The role requires a few years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, a P&C license (or ability to obtain in 90 days), and strong knowledge of agency procedures and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Advanced knowledge of agency operational procedures and the agency management system.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Team with initiatives, procedures and training.
• Coordinate vendor and outsourcing activities and monitor metrics.
• Assist with Smartsheet updates, reporting and special projects.
