Qualifications

• 3+ years of property & casualty insurance agency/brokerage experience required
• P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Advanced knowledge of agency operational procedures and the agency management system
• Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Team to keep processes running smoothly
• Maintain procedures, coordinate vendor and outsourcing activities, and assist with training
• Manage tasks, onboarding, monitoring and reporting; communicate workflows and track compliance using metrics/Smartsheet
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and handle system functionality and strategic operations
