AAA seeks a Member Specialist to support Field Sales and Branch operations by providing professional customer service, insurance information, and membership support. You will assist members with insurance services, billing inquiries, and policy changes, while promoting memberships and insurance products.

The role involves handling routine and complex transactions, developing insurance leads, and collaborating with sales teams. Licensing requirements apply, with state licensing within one year.

Qualifications

• High School GED is required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Property and Casualty license is required; license to sell in the state must be obtained within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds, and information about memberships and insurance.
• Assist walk-in and telephone members with insurance services, renewals, billing, and payments.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists; engage in cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain positive relations with staff and management; resolve member issues within authority.
