Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Field Sales/Member Services professional to support growth and profitability within a branch. You will service members, assist agents, and drive cross-sell opportunities while maintaining policy accuracy and handling insurance-related duties.

Responsibilities include member data updates, IDP/insurance support, and processing memberships and payments. A Notary commission and an active insurance license are required, with travel as needed to support roles.

Qualifications

• Requires High School GED or Diploma.
• 4-6 years in branch member sales, service & operations or related experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of AAA products and services including insurance, travel counseling, maps and routing.
• Moderate data-entry proficiency; basic MS Word and Excel skills; strong customer service.
• Notary Public – National Notary Association required; insurance license valid in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; update member information in POS; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Sell memberships, assist in insurance sales; handle renewals and billing inquiries; verify policy coverage for lien holders and leasing companies.
