Qualifications

• High School GED Required.
• 1-3 years Customer service Preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry required.
• Moderate Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills preferred.
• Able to acquire a Personal Lines License, valid in selling state - Issued by State within 1 Year Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds.
• Assist members with changes to existing policies or memberships and renewals.
• Verify insurance coverage and provide binders as requested.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Resolve member and insured related problems using discretion and judgment.
