Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic office software (Word, Excel).
• Notary Public within 1 year is required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license valid in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds, including information on memberships and insurance.
• Assist in selling memberships and insurance products; handle changes, renewals, and billing inquiries.
• Perform field inspections as needed and verify insurance coverage for lienholders.
• Process payments, issue binders, and perform typing and administrative duties.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents and engage in cross-selling opportunities.
