Auto Club Enterprises (AAA) seeks a Member Specialist to support Field Sales and Branch Operations. You will provide service to members and insureds, sell memberships, assist in insurance sales, and handle billing and changes. A valid Property & Casualty license is required for the selling state.

Role involves field inspections, lead development, and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining service quality and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in sales of insurance to prospective insureds.
• Assist members with policy or membership changes, renewals, and billing information.
• Conduct field inspections as necessary and process payments.
• Develop insurance leads for agents and life specialists.
• Engage with staff and management to maintain positive relations.
