Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds; handle changes, renewals and billing information.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate positively and effectively with all staff; maintain relationships with management.
• Provide service support for management, sales and life agents; engage in cross selling opportunities.
• Resolve member and insured related problems using discretion and independent judgment; refer complex issues to appropriate authority.
