AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Member Specialist to support Field Sales and Branch Operations. You will assist members, insure policies, and aid agents with memberships and insurance services. A valid Property and Casualty license is required for the assigned states.

The role emphasizes service quality, documentation, and cross selling, with occasional travel to support off-site meetings and events.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds and offer information on memberships and insurance.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds; support policy changes, renewals and billing inquiries.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists; cross-sell opportunities.
