Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises supports growth and profitability in Field Sales within a Branch. The role assists agents, members, and insureds with memberships, insurance information, and service tasks.

You will handle inquiries, process renewals, and support sales through cross-selling opportunities. Required are a High School GED and Property & Casualty licenses; experience in customer service and data entry help drive accurate documentation and efficient service.

Qualifications

• High School GED Required.
• 1-3 years Customer service Preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry required.
• Moderate Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills preferred.
• Property and Casualty/Solicitors License required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state - Issued by State within 1 Year Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; give information on memberships and insurance.
• Assist walk-in and phone inquiries; sell memberships and assist in selling insurance; process changes, renewals, and billing information.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate positively with staff; maintain good relations with management.
• Engage in cross-selling opportunities and support sales and life agents.
• Resolve member/insured issues using discretion; refer to higher authority when needed.
• Handle routine to complex transactions and basic complaints within guidelines.
