Qualifications

• Experience in providing front-line customer service to members and insureds.
• Ability to handle routine and complex inquiries with discretion.
• Basic data entry proficiency and accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Licensing in Property & Casualty required for selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds and share information about memberships and insurance.
• Assist walk-in and telephone members; process changes, renewals, billing, and payments.
• Develop leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Maintain positive relations with staff and management; support sales and life agents.
• Handle standard transactions and basic complaints; refer complex issues to leadership.
