AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Member Specialist to support Field Sales and Branch Operations in a district office. You will service members, assist in selling memberships and insurance products, and help with policy changes and billing. A valid Property & Casualty license is required for the selling state.

The role emphasizes member servicing, cross-selling opportunities, and collaboration with agents and staff to maintain high service quality and growth.

Qualifications

• High School GED Required.
• 1-3 years Sales or customer service Preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state - Issued by State

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Provide service to walk-in and telephone members seeking insurance services. Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds.
• Assist members with changes to existing policies or memberships, renewals, and provide information regarding billing.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate positively and effectively with all staff. Maintain an open and positive relationship with management.
• Provide service support for both management, sales and life agents. Engage in cross selling opportunities.
