The role emphasizes accurate documentation, strong customer service, and compliance with licensing requirements for property and casualty products, while delivering legendary member service that AAA is known for.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1–3 years customer service experience.
• Moderate data-entry proficiency.
• Moderate MS Word and Excel skills.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• P&C Insurance License required.
• P&C Insurance License valid in selling state (issued within 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in selling insurance.
• Assist with changes to policies, renewals, and billing information.
• Verify insurance coverage for lien holders and leasing companies.
• Provide binders as requested and perform typing/admin duties.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents.
• Cross-sell opportunities and maintain positive relations with staff.
• Resolve issues using discretion; escalate when needed.
• Handle routine transactions per guidelines.
• Handle complex transactions and refer more complex issues.
