Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving situations.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing follow-up communication as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, eligibility, claims, billing, and related topics.
• Educate clients about available insurance options through needs-based discussions and a customer-focused review process.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, maintaining a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success and accountability.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals and enhance the overall client experience.
• Prepare and provide timely activity reports to the supervising agent to track progress and client interactions.
