Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed) to engage with clients across property, casualty, life, and health products. You will build relationships, educate clients on coverage options, and support claims and policy changes in a fast-paced, compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Life and Health license required (or must be obtained within 3–6 months).

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up support as necessary.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on insurance options, ensuring solutions are tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a total commitment to daily success and agency objectives.
• Support the agency’s growth by identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services aligned with customer needs.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent service delivery.
