Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hayward, WI, to provide exceptional client support for insurance products and services. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining policy options, and delivering friendly, accurate assistance to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and be willing to obtain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated with time management.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to pursue required insurance licensing.
• Licenses: P&C and Life/Health license (if not held).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients professionally.
• Establish, maintain and strengthen customer relationships through follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, claims and billing.
• Provide timely, accurate information, resolve issues with care.
• Educate clients about insurance options and needs-based solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions per standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet service targets and goals.
