gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support both clients and the insurance sales team in a fast-paced Boca Raton office. You will handle a high volume of calls, assist with billing inquiries and policy information, and route complex issues to specialists, while maintaining a positive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
