Gobravvo Insurance seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver friendly service, handle inquiries, process policy information, and support clients with insurance needs at our Glen Head, NY office.

No prior insurance experience required; comprehensive training provided; opportunities for growth, bonuses, PTO, and retirement plan in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate a customer‑focused approach in all interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethical standards, and dedication to achieving daily and long‑term goals.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support agency objectives and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Complete timely and thorough activity reports to keep the team informed about customer needs and service outcomes.
