Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to the Boca Raton, FL location.
• Preferred: Sales experience (inside/outside/telemarketing).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong aptitude for assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews.
• Ability to relate to customers and build rapport quickly.
• Must be able to obtain the Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume phone calls, greet clients, and serve as the first point of contact.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by following up and addressing client needs.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, coverage, and billing.
• Educate clients about available insurance options and guide their decision-making.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the agency management system.
• Support agency marketing initiatives with outbound telemarketing as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist with administrative duties, such as processing paperwork and maintaining records.
• Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and agency procedures through training.
