gobravvo, an insurance agency, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. You will assist with policy questions, billing and claims inquiries, and help customers explore coverage options that fit their needs.

This full-time role includes on-the-job training, licensing support for Property & Casualty and Life & Health, and a collaborative environment with clear pathways for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, banking, or related fields is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to learn new software systems
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within the first 30 days with licensing support

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, text, and in-person visits
• Assist clients with policy details, coverage changes, billing questions, and claims support
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure client needs are met and coverage remains appropriate
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with policyholders
• Organize and manage office tasks to support seamless daily operations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a high standard of customer service
• Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
