Kin Insurance is seeking an Insurance Counsel - Forms to drive drafting for personal auto or property forms as Kin expands into new states and products. You will anchor a line and back up the other, providing legal review and regulatory guidance to internal teams.

You will work with the Forms team within Legal & Compliance, reporting to Senior Insurance Counsel, crafting filing-ready policy language and managing state-specific nuances to ensure regulatory compliance and clear coverage.

Competenze

• JD required with 5+ years of policy form drafting.
• Experience drafting personal auto or property forms for multiple states.
• Ability to translate statutes into policy language.
• Experience responding to regulator objections on form filings.

Mansioni

• Research state statutes and translate them into compliant policy wording.
• Draft responses to Department of Insurance objections and advocate for Kin's position.
• Advise internal partners on coverage interpretation and policy wording.
• Draft complete new state and product forms packages for your line of business.
• Review forms and elevate novel state law questions to Senior Insurance Counsel.
