Zusammenfassung

Howden is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Charlotte to support day-to-day client service and account administration for US Retail clients. You will handle onboarding, servicing requests, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and billing support with attention to detail and timely execution.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, data accuracy, and adoption of new technologies, including automation tools and UAT testing to improve service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with commercial insurance servicing including policy administration, endorsements, renewals, and client account maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with agency management systems, preferably Applied Epic.

• Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including onboarding, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, audits, and account servicing activities.
• Prepare, review, and process certificates of insurance, binders, endorsements, and other insurance documents.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in systems and respond to inquiries promptly.
