Howden is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our U.S. team in South Carolina. The role focuses on managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating insurance and risk management solutions across P&C and Health & Benefits as appropriate.

You will work with Producers, brokers, account management colleagues, carriers, and internal partners to deliver exceptional client service, support retention, and drive account growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial insurance, employee benefits, or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of P&C and/or health & benefits products.

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients and serve as primary contact.
• Understand clients' business, exposures, objectives, and benefits needs.
• Collaborate with Producers to retain clients and grow accounts.
• Coordinate renewals, gather exposure information, and set timelines.
• Work with broking and carrier partners to design solutions.
• Lead client meetings and renewal presentations.
