Job summary

Howden US Retail is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide day-to-day client service and account support across the insurance lifecycle. You will assist onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and billing while contributing to automation initiatives and improving service delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in insurance client service, experience with Applied Epic, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in insurance client service.
• Experience using Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle (onboarding, changes, renewals, endorsements).
• Process evidence of coverage requests, binders, endorsements, and insurance docs.
• Maintain accurate client/policy info in agency systems (Applied Epic).
• Respond to inquiries from clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders promptly.
• Coordinate servicing requests with carriers and internal teams to meet timelines.
• Review documents for completeness, ensure compliance with standards.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources and support billing needs.
