Job summary

Howden US Retail is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide day-to-day client service and account support for Howden US Retail clients, covering onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing support, and account administration activities.

You will work within the client service team to deliver an exceptional client experience with attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong execution, while contributing to automation tool development

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in insurance client service, account support, policy administration, operations, or a related insurance role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Client-focused professional with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client service and account support for Howden US Retail clients throughout the policy lifecycle (onboarding, servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, billing).
• Maintain client and policy information in agency management systems and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify improvements and contribute to automation tool development, requirements gathering, and UAT testing.
