Job summary

Howden is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide day-to-day client service and account support for US Retail clients. The role covers onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing support, and account administration.

You will contribute to automation tool development, requirements gathering, and UAT testing to elevate service delivery. Strong attention to detail and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in insurance client service, account support, policy administration, operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle: onboarding, endorsements, renewals, audits, and account servicing.
• Process evidence of coverage requests, binders, endorsements, and other documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in agency systems (Applied Epic).
• Respond to inquiries from clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely servicing.
• Assist with billing inquiries and communications related to policy servicing.
