Job summary

Howden US Retail seeks a Client Service Specialist to support day-to-day client service and account administration for commercial insurance clients. You will help ensure accuracy and compliance while delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing inquiries, and data management in Applied Epic, with opportunities to contribute to automation and process

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in insurance client service, account support, policy administration, operations, or related role.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance servicing processes and client account maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including onboarding, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, audits, and account servicing activities.
• Prepare, review, and process evidence of coverage requests, binders, endorsements, and other insurance documents.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information within agency management systems.
• Respond to client, carrier, and internal inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure servicing requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal resources.
• Support billing inquiries and assist with carrier and client communications.
