Job summary
Howden US Retail is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support the end-to-end insurance lifecycle for Howden US Retail clients. You will drive onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing support, and account administration with attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
You will also contribute to automation tool development and participate in UAT testing to elevate service delivery.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in insurance client service or related role.
- Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a client-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing support, and account administration.
- Prepare, review, and process evidence of coverage requests, binders, endorsements, and other insurance documents.
- Maintain accurate client and policy information in agency systems.
- Respond to client, carrier, and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely servicing and compliance.
