Job summary

Howden US Services LLC is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead and develop the client service team, ensuring efficient onboarding, renewals, and documentation while driving service excellence. You will guide cross-functional collaboration and identify opportunities to automate processes to improve client outcomes.

You will coach staff, manage workload, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, contributing to a high-performing, customer-centric service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance client service or operations, including minimum 2 years within Commercial Lines.
• 2+ years in a team-lead capacity; experience leading an offshore team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and oversee the Client Service team to ensure exceptional delivery across onboarding, renewal, and ongoing service.
• Coach team members, optimize workflows, and remove bottlenecks to elevate service quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee onboarding, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and documentation; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Drive process standardization and partner with other groups to streamline workflows and implement automation.
