Job summary

Relation Insurance Services, Inc. - RISI is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist the Account Management and Consulting teams in servicing and retaining clients.

You will respond promptly to client requests and ensure client retention goals are met, projecting a professional image in all interactions with clients, carriers, vendors and staff. You will provide administrative support, serve as a client advocate, and coordinate with managers to deliver timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Licensure in Life, Health and Accident required (upon hire or within 90 days).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; location dependent.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing administrative support to Account Managers and service team.
• Serves as client advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Assists in managing client expectations and service commitments.
• Responds to client inquiries about benefit plans in a timely manner.
• Documents client interactions and updates service logs.
• Meets with clients and insurance company reps as requested.
• Maintains accurate client files and communicates per workflow.
