Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist the Account Management and Consulting teams in servicing and retaining clients.

You will respond promptly to client requests, coordinate with service staff, and project a professional image in all client interactions. The role emphasizes providing administrative support, maintaining accurate client files, preparing reports, and supporting open enrollment, ACA compliance, and carrier communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Life, Health and Accident License required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; may be required depending on location.
• Working knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures.
• Prior experience with agency management systems software and online rating systems.
• Proficient to advanced skills in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing administrative support and coordinates with Account Managers and other service team members to ensure clients receive all key deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.
• Serves as a client advocate and a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Answers client inquiries and maintains client service logs.
• Maintains client files with proper documentation and communication per workflow.
