Job summary

Relation Insurance Services in California is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage policy documents, renewals, and client servicing. You will be the primary contact for administrative tasks on client policies, staying current on insurance products and market trends, and leveraging technology to deliver excellent service.

The role requires a Property and Casualty license, 3+ years in personal lines client service, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required and must be kept current.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years client service experience in personal lines.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and MS Office; familiarity with agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial client contact and coordinate coverage changes with Account Management.
• Research and resolve routine client issues.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation per workflow.
• Assist with renewal remarketing and prepare proposals.
• Review policies for accuracy; handle endorsements as directed.
• Ensure carriers respond promptly to expedite claims.
• Review audits and communicate significant differences to clients.
• Retain clients on cancellation requests where possible.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new products.
• Adopt innovative technology, including AI solutions, in service processes.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
