Job summary

Relation Insurance Services, Inc. - RISI is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing for clients in California. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration with the Account Management Team.

The position emphasizes accuracy in document management, knowledge of insurance products, and proactive client communication. Travel may be required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Property and Casualty license where required in domicile
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Four-year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial point of contact for the client and answers questions.
• Monitors client questions and recommends coverage changes with Account Management Team.
• Maintains client files with proper documentation and communication.
• Assists with renewal remarketing and prepares proposals as directed by the Account Manager.
