Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking an Account Coordinator to ensure accurate policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing, serving as the main administrative contact for client policies. The role requires staying current with industry changes and leveraging AI tools to deliver top-tier service.

Ideal candidates will have a Property & Casualty license, relevant certifications, and 3+ years of personal lines client service experience, with bilingual Spanish/English being a plus in some

Qualifications

• Must hold Property & Casualty license in domicile state.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• Experience in personal lines insurance expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial client point of contact and coordinate with Account Management on coverage changes.
• Identify, research, and resolve routine client issues.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation per workflow.
• Assist with renewal remarketing and prepare proposals as directed.
• Review carrier policies for accuracy and process endorsements.
• Ensure prompt carrier responses to expedite claim settlements.
• Review audits and communicate differences to clients.
• Retain clients by addressing cancellation requests while protecting company interests.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, legislation, and technology.
• Adopt innovative technology including AI solutions to enhance service.
