Qualifications

• Property and casualty license is required or in progress.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• AINS or CISR designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial point of contact for the client and monitors questions.
• Identifies, researches, and provides resolution for routine client issues.
• Maintains client files accurately and documents communications.
• Assists with renewal remarketing and prepares proposals.
• Reviews policies for accuracy and expedites corrections.
• Ensures timely carrier responses for claim settlements.

• Adopts AI solutions to improve service delivery.
