Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. seeks an Account Coordinator to ensure accuracy and timeliness of policy documents, renewals, and servicing requests. You will act as the primary admin contact for client policies and stay current with insurance products and industry trends.

In this role you will collaborate with the Account Management team on coverage changes, prepare renewal proposals, and support client communication while maintaining high documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
• Insurance knowledge and four-year degree preferred; relevant certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial point of contact for the client and coordinates coverage changes with Account Management.
• Identifies and resolves routine client issues in partnership with the Account Management Team.
• Maintains accurate client files and proper documentation per workflow and best practices.
• Assists with remarketing renewals and prepares proposals as directed by the Account Manager.
• Reviews carrier policies for accuracy and handles endorsements and applications as needed.
• Ensures prompt carrier responses to expedite claim settlements and auditing differences.
• Supports cancellation reviews to retain clients while protecting company interests.
• Keeps current on industry trends, products, legislation, coverage, and tech to improve service.
• Adopts innovative technology, including proprietary AI solutions, to improve service quality.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
