gobravvo is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Louisiana to support insurance clients with a needs-based approach. The role offers full-time hours, comprehensive training, and opportunities for licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance.

You will manage inquiries, educate clients on products, and work closely with the team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. A growth-oriented environment fosters personal and professional development.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to assess customer needs effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries about insurance products, coverage, and policy changes.
• Educate clients on available insurance options using a needs-based approach.
• Process claims, billing questions, transfers, and policy updates efficiently.
