Job summary

Gobravvo in Virginia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy management, and claims support. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, ongoing learning, and growth within the insurance field.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within 30 days of hire; ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups and timely responses to inquiries.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assisting with questions about insurance products, eligibility, policy changes, coverage options, claims, and billing issues.
• Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers on available insurance solutions, helping them make informed decisions.
• Support agency growth by providing value-driven conversations and ensuring a remarkable customer experience at every interaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide thorough activity reports to the agent as required.
