Qualifikationen

• Valid Property and Casualty license required.
• Experience in insurance sector preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and agency management software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet clients, answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address customer questions and requests.
• Manage appointment schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain necessary office supplies to support daily operations.
• Accurately prepare and process insurance forms, manage client files, and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and stored.
• Enter new and updated client information into the agency management system, ensuring records remain current and accurate.
• Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and follow up on any overdue accounts to support timely collections.
• Act as a liaison between clients and agents to facilitate clear and effective communication regarding policies and procedures.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including organizing events, preparing promotional content, and managing the agency's social media presence.
• Provide initial assistance to clients during the claims process, gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with claims adjusters as needed.
