Job summary

The Atlantic District in Woodbridge, VA seeks an Insurance Agency Principal to lead our office, bridge strategy with daily service, and inspire a high-performing team focused on client trust and community impact.

You must hold Virginia P&C and Life/Health licenses, have 3+ years in agency leadership, and possess strong local market knowledge. We offer base salary with commissions and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Virginia Life and Health license is required.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or high-level sales leadership.
• Deep knowledge of local market insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the office while meeting growth targets and service standards.
• Mentor and guide the sales staff to deliver excellent client advice.
• Identify local opportunities to expand the brand presence within Woodbridge.
• Review agency performance metrics to adjust strategies and maintain a healthy bottom line.
