Qualifications

• Current Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Proven success in insurance sales or agency management.
• Strong understanding of risk management and policy structures.
• Well-connected in the Roanoke community.
• Experience with modern agency software and digital underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure clients receive attentive and proactive service.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand our presence across the Roanoke valley.
• Mentor and support our sales staff, helping them refine their techniques and reach their professional potential.
• Manage and nurture relationships with our carrier partners to secure the best coverage options for our clients.
• Analyze agency performance data to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local business and community events to build awareness and trust.
