The Atlantic District is seeking an Insurance Agency Principal in Woodbridge, VA to lead daily operations, drive growth, and maintain top-tier service for policyholders. You will mentor sales staff, expand local brand presence, and ensure performance metrics guide strategy.

Ideal candidates hold Virginia P&C and Life & Health licenses with 3+ years in agency leadership, and excel in building networks and managing client data within an agency management system.

Qualifications

• Current Property and Casualty license in Virginia.
• Life and Health license in Virginia.
• 3+ years managing insurance agency operations or high-level sales leadership.
• Deep knowledge of local market insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong track record in business development and building professional networks.
• Experience using agency management systems to track performance and client data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the office while ensuring we meet growth targets and service standards.
• Mentor and guide the sales staff to empower excellent client advice.
• Identify local opportunities to expand our brand presence in Woodbridge.
