The Atlantic District in Richmond, VA is seeking an Insurance Agent to advise clients, identify their insurance needs, and build lasting relationships. You will present tailored proposals and manage a growing client portfolio in a supportive team environment.

This role emphasizes community engagement, integrity, and service, with strong emphasis on digital record-keeping and collaborative sales improvements. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• 2+ years of sales or client advisory experience.
• Proficiency with digital policy management and documentation software.
• Excellent verbal communication for client interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Consultative sales experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify the unique insurance needs of prospective clients through guided conversations.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals addressing risk management goals.
• Manage and nurture a growing portfolio of clients as the primary contact for questions or updates.
• Engage with the Richmond community to foster local connections and expand agency presence.
• Update and maintain accurate digital records of policy interactions to ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and share client insights.
