The Atlantic District is seeking an Agency Lead for our Harrisonburg office to guide a sales-focused team and strengthen community relationships. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and drive growth through local outreach and compliant, customer-centric service.

Ideal candidates bring a Virginia P&C license, proven sales or leadership success, and strong insurance knowledge. You will partner with regional teams to enhance offerings and maintain high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Proven history of success in insurance sales or leadership.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and local market dynamics.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate a small sales team.
• Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily sales operations of our Harrisonburg office to ensure we meet our goals.
• Mentor and guide current sales team members to sharpen their skills and reach their potential.
• Develop and execute local outreach strategies to introduce our services to new households and businesses in the community.
• Manage lead pipelines and conversion processes to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the regional team to refine service offerings and improve client experience.
