Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking an Account Manager to deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients and support underwriting teams. You will manage the book of business, drive retention, profitability, and growth, and coordinate with brokers to optimize account performance.

Leveraging knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, you will build strong broker relationships, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff while maintaining accurate policy and underwriting records.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer service skills and professional attitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Policy Administration and Processing for new and renewal business.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes within service and underwriting operations.
• Build relationships with brokers and clients and provide ongoing updates and support.
• Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative work environment.
