Qualifications

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial insurance or underwriting support.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Process policy administration, including binding, issuance, and endorsements.
• Maintain records and use diary systems to track deadlines.
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers and clients.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure service excellence.
