Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
• Maintain relationships and drive new client revenue through outbound and inbound efforts.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to maximize annual revenue and participate in the President’s Club program for top performers.
