Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business revenue on a monthly basis. You will receive extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, and business development, while building relationships with referral partners in real estate and mortgage circles.

You will analyze clients’ insurance needs and tailor coverage from a broad carrier portfolio to reduce household risk, while consistently meeting performance targets in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Pass the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
